Located right by the sea on the beautiful Ligurian coastline, Hotel Splendid Mare is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. the hotel is situated in the center of the charming small town, just a short walk down the pretty old pedestrian shopping street. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms are nice. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, making you feel welcome and at home. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of options, including eggs made to order. the private beach is a short stroll away and offers a relaxing sunbathing experience.

There is an additional fee for using the hotel's private beach.

Good location near the seaside, still mainroad under our windows. Friendly reception, well organised parking.

The feeling in the hotel was old-fashioned, esp. breakfast like in boarding school with superviser.

Hotel centrally located in centro storico nearby beach. Hotel staff very attentive and accommodating. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good and good range of food available. Did not try out the evening meal as thought eur 35 per person a little on high side. Local restaurants are many and a good choice available for all pockets. You can eat out easily for eur 20-25 per person. Beach facilities very good and an easy walk just in front of hotel. Good choice of snacks at beach and also reasonably priced.Stayed on third floor overlooking the sea and had a nice view of beach and sea. Did not try out spa facilities. Hotel parking is located on main road just down from hotel and it is advisable to ask where it is located before arriving at hotel as is a little difficult to manoeuvre into and park. You give your key to reception and they move your car around according to other hotel users needs due to space factor. Apart from that hotel parking is very reasonable compared to local parking which is very limited as well.

Spent Easter with my family and had a great time at this hotel. First, the breakfast was superb with a variety of options to suit all tastes. Second, the location was perfect for us as it was right by the beach and had easy access to restaurants and shops.

The rooms were a bit small, and the bathrooms were not as updated as we had hoped. parking was a bit of a hassle as it was located a few blocks away and required a key from the reception desk.

Great family atmosphere and personalized service. Christmas dinner was a true feast with plenty of choices. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach and to many shops and restaurants in a charming town. Having a balcony with a sea view was a nice extra touch.

The room was a bit small for four people. The parking was a bit tricky with limited space.
